The great (and sadly late) Jim Rohn used to say, “don’t miss anything”.

John and I were listening to one of his CDs last night sipping our wine and eating our chocolate.

And how right he was — it seems all the more poignant now he’s dead and gone (John actually had the privilege of meeting him once and says he was an amazing fellow).

Thinking about all this makes me realise how short and fleeting life is. John’s Dad was 88 last Friday. He’s still in good health and bright as a button but, time marches on and none of us lives forever… but if you want some real motivation check out this bodybuilding 90yo.

Marvellous to see someone who’s really grasping life by the horns and going for it. I love the line, “I’m not chasing youthfulness. I’m chasing health”.
